We are the Waterhouse SLO Guild (aka the Israel and Theule families homeschooling together). Learning, exploring, reading, sketching, growing, playing, hiking, working, figuring, observing, studying, creating, and writing our way around San Luis Obispo County and beyond. Sometimes we look like we are just running amuck, but look a little closer and you will see a bright, vibrant and industrious collection of kids excited to learn about the creative design of God's world around them.

Glorious day for science class. After the kids diagramed the body of a bird Michelle brought our a frozen hawk from her deep freeze for the kids to observe. Hands on experiment on water surface pressure while listening to a little classical music then time at the ocean and library. I'd say that was a beautiful morning of learning mrs. Israel!
